Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or equivalent (Bachelor minimum)
  • First practical experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting (internship, working student, or 1–2 years professional experience)
  • Solid command of Excel Sheets; experience with ERP or controlling tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and structured working style
  • Affinity for digital tools and process improvement
  • Good command of German and English (written and spoken)
  • High self-organisation and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Discretion and professional judgement with confidential information
  • Interest in renewable energy and energy transition

Tasks

  • Support monthly financial reporting and controlling
  • Conduct project and cost center controlling
  • Perform variance analysis
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Support management reporting
  • Manage cash flows and liquidity planning
  • Prepare data for customer invoicing
  • Apply Transfer Pricing rules for internal customers
  • Support intercompany reconciliation
  • Prepare documents for the Tax department and auditors
  • Contribute to process automation
  • Support digitalization of the Finance function
  • Represent the Senior Finance Manager
