Requirements

- German language skills (C1) for client communication, negotiation, and handling tense situations

- 1 year debt recovery experience, ideally in commercial/business sector

- Strong communication skills, accuracy, and confidence
- Ability to deal with challenges, innovate, and think on feet
- Business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm for helping SMEs, finance industry experience advantageous
Tasks
- Handle high-volume customer accounts in arrears
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications
- Build relationships with customers to resolve breaches
- Negotiate and monitor feasible repayment solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize actions
- Work with Collections Management to review strategies
- Instruct and liaise with third-party agencies and Paralegals
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain iwoca’s company reputation
- Update databases and systems with accurate records
