You will elevate the company's IT operations by treating infrastructure as code, automating complex workflows, and mentoring the team to ensure a secure, high-performance systems environment.

Requirements

• •Experience with AWS or GCP infrastructure
• •Instinct for scripting and automation
• •Knowledge of Identity and Access Management
• •Experience with security information tools
• •Experience supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux
• •Root cause analysis and communication skills
• •Data-driven approach to user improvements
• •Proactive and self-driven mindset
• •3+ years of IT infrastructure experience
• •Experience administering SaaS and Atlassian tools
• •Knowledge of Okta, AD, or Azure AD
• •Experience with Cloud and Container technologies
• •Proficiency with CI/CD, Git, and IaC
• •Knowledge of MDM for Mac and Windows
• •Experience with monitoring and SIEM tools
• •Basic Network architecture knowledge
• •Proficiency in one programming language
• •Knowledge of no/low-code iPaaS platforms

Tasks

• •Treat infrastructure as a software product
• •Define systems using Terraform
• •Deploy Python services on Kubernetes
• •Ensure security, performance, and stability
• •Implement services and automations in code
• •Develop tooling for automated user provisioning
• •Manage asset management automation
• •Conduct essential infrastructure maintenance
• •Upgrade applications and remediate security vulnerabilities
• •Manage IT incidents and perform root cause analysis
• •Develop system monitoring and alerting strategies
• •Use data and logs to scale operations
• •Build cross-functional relationships to drive initiatives
• •Collaborate with security teams on IT policies
• •Document processes and mentor junior team members
