Requirements
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Experience with supporting senior leadership
- Thorough knowledge of Web- and Video conferencing Platforms
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Thorough knowledge of Apple macOS, iPadOS, iOS
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office / M365
- Thorough knowledge of Ticket Systems and Incident Resolution Procedures
- Experience with Administration of Microsoft Platform
- Computer Hardware installation & troubleshooting
- Mobile/wireless/tablet device installation & troubleshooting
- Experience with Mobile Device Management
- Phone systems, PBX and Cloud-Calling experience a plus
- Willingness to provide afterhours support
- Foundational Knowledge in Cyber Security Guidelines
- Fluent German language skills and Good English language skills
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to users.
- Maintain accurate documentation and conduct training.
- Collaborate with team members on projects.
- Manage audio/visual and telepresence systems.
- Support mobile and wireless devices for users.
- Utilize communication skills to manage tasks and requests.
