Requirements
- •Excellent communications and organizational skills
- •Experience with supporting senior leadership
- •Thorough knowledge of Web- and Video conferencing Platforms
- •Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- •Thorough knowledge of Apple macOS, iPadOS, iOS
- •Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office / M365
- •Thorough knowledge of Ticket Systems and Incident Resolution Procedures
- •Experience with Administration of Microsoft Platform
- •Computer Hardware installation & troubleshooting
- •Mobile/wireless/tablet device installation & troubleshooting
- •Experience with Mobile Device Management
- •Phone systems, PBX and Cloud-Calling experience a plus
- •Willingness to provide afterhours support
- •Foundational Knowledge in Cyber Security Guidelines
- •Fluent German language skills and Good English language skills
- •Mentor and guide junior team members
