Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administrator role
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
  • Proven track record in ticket-based support environment (Jira Service Management)
  • Focus on SLA adherence and user satisfaction
  • Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune)
  • Device deployment and inventory management experience
  • Competent in administering Google Workspace
  • Support for common startup tools (Slack, Zoom)
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (agent/admin perspective)
  • Managing projects, permissions, and workflows in Jira/Confluence (plus)
  • Familiarity with basic office network troubleshooting (WiFi, LAN, VPN, Video Conferencing)
  • Strong understanding of security best practices (MFA, password hygiene, phishing awareness)
  • Basic ability to develop Bash/PowerShell scripts
  • Strong willingness to automate
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with empathy
