  • Prepare devices for new joiners
  • Support Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Optimize project setup and workflows
  • Manage user identities and access
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain secure access controls
  • Support device management and endpoint security
  • Ensure compliance and security standards
  • Improve IT processes and documentation
  • Maintain office IT environment
  • Equip workstations proactively
  • Resolve on-site issues
  • Ensure operational readiness
