Requirements
- •Apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or advancement to a system administrator role through professional development
- •Practical experience in managing MDM systems, configuring and troubleshooting device connectivity, VPN profiles, and ZTNA policies
- •Hands-on experience with networking hardware and services from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti
- •Familiarity with configuring and managing cloud-based networks, including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, security gateway policies, and Wi-Fi optimization
- •Strong proficiency in English
- •Empathy, patience, clarity, and a service-oriented approach when engaging with customers
- •Hands-on mentality and ability to shape and improve infrastructure

- •Act as the primary point of contact for customers and 1st level support team
- •Handle inquiries related to networking, connectivity, and infrastructure
- •Provide technical support for complex customer issues
- •Emphasize network architecture, cloud connectivity, and performance optimization
- •Respond to customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach
- •Focus on network stability and secure configurations
- •Optimize cloud-based communication flows
- •Design and implement secure network architectures
- •Include LAN/WLAN, site-to-site VPNs, and cloud integrations (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)
- •Support the IT Ops team in enhancing support processes
- •Automate network monitoring, device onboarding, and connectivity diagnostics
