Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • •5+ years of senior IT experience
  • •Proven experience in ERP migrations, operational systems, endpoint management, cyber security, and digital transformation
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft and/or Oracle technologies, and IT project management methodologies
  • •Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • •Experience working in service-based or security industries preferred
  • •Hands-on leadership and decision-making
  • •Change management and ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes
  • •Business acumen and understanding of IT’s impact on organisational strategy
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities
  • •Influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels

Tasks

  • •Establish and lead the IT function in Germany
  • •Define priorities, processes, and governance aligned with European standards
  • •Serve as the primary IT adviser for local business stakeholders
  • •Partner with teams to drive technology deployment and issue resolution
  • •Lead critical programs and CRM implementation
  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • •Monitor project execution and escalate risks proactively
  • •Act as the key liaison between local stakeholders and central IT teams
  • •Facilitate collaboration and communication across functions
  • •Provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics
  • •Support IT budgeting and cost management with the CFO
  • •Align IT investments with business priorities
  • •Onboard and coach future IT staff
  • •Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
