- •Very good ITIL knowledge
- •Experience in managing ServiceNow CMDB and IT-Operation Management (ITOM) structures
- •Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Software, Hardware, and Cloud
- •Relevant IT apprenticeship with several years of experience in IT Service Management
- •Ability to understand and analyze complex issues
- •Responsibility, carefulness, structured and independent work
- •Strong communication and assertiveness with teamwork skills
- •Fluency in written and spoken German and English

Tasks
- •Own and maintain the IT Configuration Item inventory and CMDB
- •Develop a Configuration Item framework and identify CIs to manage
- •Design and build the CMDB considering the full life cycle of configuration items
- •Act as an architect for ServiceNow CMDB structures and data flows
- •Improve Configuration Management processes and provide governance to stakeholders
- •Empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and manage risks
- •Cooperate with internal and external IT service providers for transparency
- •Engage with stakeholders to ensure data quality and functionality
- •Oversee the design, coding, and testing of reporting capabilities
