Requirements
- •Degree in computer science, IT training, or comparable qualification
- •Experience in IT support level one and two
- •Familiarity with Windows, ideally Linux or MAC OS
- •Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
- •Good knowledge of M365 and Microsoft administrative portals
- •Interest in staying updated with IT developments
- •Basic maintenance capabilities on PC Hardware
- •Enjoyment of international teamwork and English fluency
- •High motivation and self-organization

Bachelor's degree

Tasks
- •Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers
- •Manage and support Hyper-V virtualization environments
- •Implement and manage Intune and Jamf MDM solutions
- •Ensure infrastructure security and integrity
- •Perform system hardening of ground control stations
- •Troubleshoot and resolve organizational networking issues
- •Provide daily helpdesk support for end-users
- •Maintain Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems
- •Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
