- •Conduct post-meeting governance and record-keeping checks
- •Refine KPIs, templates, and workflow efficiencies
- •Communicate regular process reviews and updates
- •Maintain the Investment Committee archive and dashboards
- •Develop dashboards to track investment cycle performance
