Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong intellect with excellent quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
- Prior corporate finance experience
- Excellent German verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collegial, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of standard MS Office applications
- Self-motivated and driven team player
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and trustworthiness
- CFA level 1 or higher
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames accurately
- Strong sense of self-motivation and ownership
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- 1+ years experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking
Tasks
- Source new investment opportunities
- Underwrite potential investments
- Analyze potential new investments
- Assist in investment closings
- Manage post-closing portfolio
- Monitor investments
- Conduct company analysis
- Perform industry research
- Build financial models
- Prepare investment committee proposals
