- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong intellect with excellent quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
- Prior corporate finance experience
- Excellent German verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collegial, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of standard MS Office applications
- Self-motivated and driven team player
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and trustworthiness
- CFA level ≥1
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver multiple projects accurately under tight time frames
- Strong sense of self-motivation and ownership
- Staying curious and keep learning
- 1+ years within private credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking
