- Collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global OE and Workforce Analytics teams.
- Analyze and visualize data independently.
- Identify data patterns independently.
- Support data-driven decision-making.
- Create visually compelling data representations.
- Improve processes in an agile environment.
- Work in an agile project setup.
- Conceptualize project processes.
- Test technical database enhancements.
- Support Global Job Architecture communication strategy.
- Support Global Job Architecture change management strategy.
- Collaborate with a multinational team.
- Manage tasks and deadlines reliably.
- Ensure clear documentation.
- Communicate transparently.
- Ensure timely, quality deliverables.
- Document project progress.
- Proactively communicate risks or delays.
