  • Collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Global OE and Workforce Analytics teams.
  • Analyze and visualize data independently.
  • Identify data patterns independently.
  • Support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create visually compelling data representations.
  • Improve processes in an agile environment.
  • Work in an agile project setup.
  • Conceptualize project processes.
  • Test technical database enhancements.
  • Support Global Job Architecture communication strategy.
  • Support Global Job Architecture change management strategy.
  • Collaborate with a multinational team.
  • Manage tasks and deadlines reliably.
  • Ensure clear documentation.
  • Communicate transparently.
  • Ensure timely, quality deliverables.
  • Document project progress.
  • Proactively communicate risks or delays.
  • Follow through on assigned responsibilities.
