Requirements

  • Student in business, marketing, media, communication, or related studies
  • First experiences or strong interest in marketing, brand management, or digital communication
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, open-minded personality with passion for beauty, haircare, and FMCG brands
  • Awareness of social and digital trends in beauty and hair industry
  • Team player, able to work independently in dynamic environment

Tasks

  • Participate in new product innovation from concept to execution
  • Manage innovation projects
  • Conduct strategic market analysis
  • Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends
  • Create consumer and competitor profiles
  • Support standard reporting, including market share reports
  • Develop concept ideas and briefs for new product designs
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
  • Support roll-out and implementation of social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan and implement social media content and campaigns
  • Collaborate on content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Monitor social, beauty, and lifestyle trends
  • Inspire engaging and relevant content
  • Support planning and briefing of digital content for eCommerce and website channels
  • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration

Education

  • Currently in higher education

  • English – Business Fluent
