Tasks

  • Support product innovation and digital brand communication
  • Shape new product launches
  • Drive creative digital campaigns across Europe
  • Participate in new product innovation from concept to execution
  • Manage specific innovation projects
  • Conduct strategic market analysis
  • Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends
  • Create consumer and competitor profiles
  • Support standard reporting, e.g., market share reports
  • Develop concept ideas and briefs for new product designs
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
  • Support roll-out and implementation of social media campaigns
  • Update social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan and implement social media content and campaigns
  • Collaborate with agencies and other partners
  • Create content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Monitor social, beauty, and lifestyle trends
  • Inspire engaging and relevant content
  • Plan and brief digital content for eCommerce and website channels
  • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration
