Description

In this internship, you will play a key role in developing and executing the R&D communication strategy while creating engaging content and learning materials. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating on social media campaigns, preparing presentations, and supporting learning initiatives.

Requirements

• •Enrollment in a university program in communication, marketing, digital media, learning & development, or related fields
• •Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• •Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
• •Strong writing and storytelling abilities
• •Experience in creating engaging content
• •Knowledge of video editing and digital content creation tools, e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut
• •Desirable knowledge of video editing and digital content creation tools
• •Understanding of learning concepts or experience in creating learning materials
• •Creativity and attention to detail
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Tasks

• •Support the implementation of the R&D communication strategy
• •Create and publish engaging content for internal and external channels
• •Contribute to social media campaigns and storytelling initiatives
• •Assist with video editing and production for communication purposes
• •Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and project updates
• •Collaborate on shaping learning requirements and concepts for R&D
• •Create learning materials, such as short guides and digital content
• •Organize and promote learning activities and events
• •Research trends and best practices in communication and learning
• •Ensure consistency and creativity in all deliverables with the team
