- •Master's student in Bioinformatics, Bioprocess Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- •Strong programming skills in Python
- •Understanding of cell metabolism or chemical engineering principles (significant plus)
- •Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex datasets
- •Good knowledge of MS Office
- •Fluency in spoken and written English
- •Valid residence permit for student internships in Germany

- •Develop Digital Twins for large-scale manufacturing
- •Predict process dynamics using sensor data
- •Pre-process data and manage machine learning methods
- •Merge mechanistic equations with machine learning
- •Implement advanced architectures for time-series forecasting
- •Develop Causal AI algorithms for bioreactor data
- •Perform Root Cause Analysis on batch deviations
- •Execute sensitivity analysis and in-silico optimizations
- •Identify optimal Golden Batch process conditions
