- •Citizen of a Member State of the European Economic Area
- •Not a citizen of the host country unless holding dual citizenship

Tasks
- •Provide operational and logistical support for global leadership programs
- •Assist in project management and change management initiatives
- •Support soft skills programs within the Learning & Development function
- •Coordinate scheduling and vendor communication for leadership programs
- •Manage participant communication for behavioral skills programs
- •Conduct reporting and data analysis for learning processes
- •Oversee project timelines and resource allocation
- •Engage stakeholders for all initiatives
- •Deliver regular progress updates and impact reports to senior management
