Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in operational HR
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
- Experience in international HR environment
- Expertise in German labor and social security law
- Operational HR support across multiple countries
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with SAP HCM required
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementation or usage) is a strong plus
- Strong service orientation and hands-on mentality
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to manage multiple operational topics in dynamic, international environment
- Team-oriented, cooperative, and pragmatic approach
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good German
- Additional languages are an advantage
Tasks
- Advise managers on operational HR topics
- Support employees for all personnel-related matters
- Execute end-to-end HR operational tasks
- Handle employment contracts, amendments, certifications, and references
- Manage onboarding, changes, and offboarding activities
- Maintain HR master data and documentation in systems like SAP
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, HR statistics, and personnel key figures
- Support payroll processes through data preparation and coordination
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, HR Development, and other HR interfaces
- Contribute to HR process improvement and harmonization
- Support international HR operations projects
- Implement and roll out SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations
- Support process alignment and data quality in SAP SuccessFactors
