- 2-3 years experience in Commercial or Category Management
- Retail or Consumer Goods industry experience
- Experience with stakeholders and cross-country teams
- Leadership of cross-functional projects and processes
- Strong analytical skillset and data identification
- Understanding of master data structures
- Teamwork, flexibility, motivation, and pragmatism
- Willingness to travel frequently

- Promote international best-practice sharing
- Manage end-to-end international promotional activities
- Oversee international supplier management
- Align supplier activities with global strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and data science teams
