- 3+ years experience in energy/trading business, Energy Exchanges, or as Software Account Manager
- Proven sales success
- High ambition for career, skills, and success
- Self-starter, autonomous work, entrepreneurial mindset
- Affinity for digital products/services, confidence in digitisation
- Skill in building long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Willingness to travel in Europe and to Munich Head Office
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
Tasks
- Partner with current clients to maximize platform value.
- Maintain proactive client contact.
- Plan and support client trading needs.
- Develop and convert UK energy and environmental commodity clients.
- Lead new client onboarding processes.
- Assist clients in driving organization-wide user adoption.
- Oversee development of new and current client accounts.
- Monitor UK energy market evolution.
- Identify business opportunities and competitors.
- Deliver actionable client feedback to internal departments.
