- •Enrollment in relevant Bachelor's, Master's, or related discipline
- •Structured, analytical mindset and data analysis skills
- •Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or Python (plus)
- •Technical curiosity and comfort working with data
- •Ability to learn new tools quickly
- •Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- •Collaborative approach to stakeholder coordination
- •Fluency in English
- •Knowledge of additional European languages (bonus)
- •Independent and reliable work style
- •Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
- •Interest in e-mobility, infrastructure, or automation

- •Configure charging networks during CPO onboarding
- •Ensure seamless network access for OEM brands
- •Monitor data quality to detect issues early
- •Maintain a reliable experience for end users
- •Resolve technical support and dispute cases
- •Investigate and analyze root causes of issues
- •Manage partner communication and corrective measures
- •Analyze data and report on KPIs
- •Identify trends and operational inefficiencies
- •Build tools and support automation initiatives
- •Drive efficiency gains across operational processes
