Requirements

  • Studium in wirtschaftsnahem, technischem oder techaffinem Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrung in Operations, Projektmanagement, Prozess-/Performance-Themen oder Consulting
  • Sehr gute Excel/Sheets Skills und Spaß an KPI-basierter Arbeit
  • Hands-on, strukturiert und umsetzungsstark
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Tasks

  • Operative Umsetzung von Skalierungs- und Performance-Initiativen unterstützen
  • Abläufe analysieren und Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren
  • Prozessoptimierungen mit den Teams umsetzen
  • End-to-end Verantwortung für definierte Arbeitspakete übernehmen
  • Cross-funktionale Koordination mit Operations, Produkt und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Themen auf Kurs halten
  • KPI-Reportings erstellen und Daten nutzen, um Entscheidungen zu verbessern

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
