- •Foundation in design, materials, and manufacturing

- •Hands-on mindset for building and testing
- •Communication, teamwork, and English skills
- •Self-motivation and interest in hardware challenges
- •Experience with drones or robotic systems
- •Experience with 3D printing
- •Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles

- •Perform tolerance analysis and design reviews
- •Support prototyping with 3D printing and machining
- •Conduct structural, thermal, and environmental testing
- •Validate hardware performance during field tests
- •Analyze root causes for iterative design improvements
- •Document designs and test procedures for knowledge sharing
- •Engage in technical discussions and team meetings
