Requirements

  • •Current student or recent graduate in business with focus on healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Keen interest in clinical research and pharmaceutical industry
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tasks

  • •Assist with comparator sourcing requests
  • •Contact the sourcing network for proposals
  • •Track requests and proposals
  • •Send proposals to clients
  • •Negotiate terms with clients and suppliers
  • •Coordinate with teams across Europe for optimal deals
  • •Identify stakeholders and understand their requirements
  • •Provide administrative support for the central hub
  • •Facilitate onboarding of suppliers and clients
  • •Comprehend project requirements
  • •Enhance communication across teams
  • •Organize meetings for the Clinical Trial Services team
  • •Prepare reports and track key metrics
  • •Manage the PHOENIX CTS LinkedIn account and website
  • •Create promotional content for clinical trial updates
  • •Assist in preparing for global CTS conferences
  • •Identify new business opportunities in the CTS market
  • •Contribute to the design of new service offerings
  • •Support business development for packaging and labeling of IMPs
