Interim Recruiter(m/w/x)
Full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership, operations, and commercial roles in EMEA, focusing on thermal solutions for data centres and hydrogen. 5+ years talent acquisition experience across EMEA required. Flexible work approach, health and satisfaction priority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven talent acquisition experience (minimum 5 years in search, agency, in house) with passion for dynamic recruitment, substantial time in house. Previous experience within search would be beneficial
- Experience across EMEA region and understanding of regional talent markets
- Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and solid understanding of recruitment best practices incl. suitability diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to interact with candidates, colleagues and senior stakeholders
- Prior experience in manufacturing or products-based industry highly desirable
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and sourcing platform LinkedIn
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to talent acquisition
- Passion for delivering best-in-class candidate experience and continuously improving hiring strategies
- Ability to document and present updates with clarity, precision and flair
Tasks
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership, operations, and commercial roles in EMEA
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand current and future business needs
- Shape proactive recruitment strategies
- Develop talent pools through proactive searching and sourcing
- Utilize innovative solutions to fill niche and senior roles
- Manage candidate engagement to onboarding, ensuring compliance with local employment laws
- Secure talent that fits company culture and supports future growth
- Support local HR colleagues with recruitment opportunities
- Research market conditions and conduct competitor analysis
- Gain insights from peers and candidate relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment branding and social media posts
- Enhance employee value proposition and refine go-to-market strategy
- Drive the referrals program and networking events
- Maintain accurate records of research, reports, and intelligence
