Inside Sales Professional(m/w/x)
Consulting on ERP software and digital solutions for European property industry clients. Initial sales experience in software or SaaS preferred. 30 days vacation, company bike leasing.
Requirements
- Initial experience in a sales environment, preferably in the software or SaaS sector
- Affinity for the real estate industry and interest in digital solutions
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Structured and self-reliant working style
- Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
Tasks
- Support the sales team with strong communication skills
- Consult on the use of ERP software and digital solutions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers
- Identify customer needs and potential independently
- Manage existing customers throughout all sales phases
- Focus on achieving individual sales targets for consulting services and products
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Plan and execute self-directed sales activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Consulting
- Create account plans and contracts using the CRM system
- Maintain the CRM system with all relevant data

Education
- High school diploma
