Requirements

  • •German Law Degree and passing the first state exam
  • •1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
  • •Solid knowledge of German employment law
  • •Interest in technology (metaverse, AI, digital assets)
  • •Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage deadlines
  • •Overseas legal education or work experience, or experience as in-house counsel of a global technology company
  • •Basic knowledge of German tenancy law
  • •Additional language skills in French or Spanish
  • •Highly adaptable and service-oriented attitude
  • •Ability to handle pressure and provide thoughtful recommendations
  • •Can-do attitude, proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to learn, and collaborative
  • •Authorized to work in Germany and resume submitted in English

Tasks

  • •Review and negotiate various agreements
  • •Draft commercial agreements and service terms
  • •Ensure fast turnaround on NDAs and DPAs
  • •Collaborate with sales and security teams
  • •Ensure agreements comply with corporate policies
  • •Address internal employment law matters with HR
  • •Identify and implement legal process improvements
  • •Maintain a positive and solutions-driven approach
