- Network certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Security, ITIL)
- BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years experience
Tasks
- Coordinate with customers for initial test and acceptance
- Execute reporting functions for new service activations
- Complete data input for new service activations
- Implement changes with customers, solution architects, and vendor SMEs
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues
- Manage Service Orders according to Change Management procedures
- Ensure accurate Telecommunication Service Orders for network changes
- Initiate network device configurations using configlets
- Analyze DISN and databases to validate customer requirements
- Design and implement solutions to highly technical problems
- Test, document, and modify configurations on network devices
- Coordinate and program customer circuit activation with commercial vendors
- Monitor network to assess impacts of deployed changes
- Use traffic behavior expectations and customer reporting
- Conduct systems analysis to determine user requirements
- Engage DISA project managers and customers to resolve unclear requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder approvals for service request progress
