You will drive the global rollout of a next-generation platform by aligning stakeholders and leading local teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-launch to successful daily operations.

Requirements

• •University Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• •Experience in program deployment or project management
• •Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• •Matrix leadership of distributed teams
• •Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• •Experience supporting training and change activities
• •VACC mindset and openness to new ways of working
• •Ability to travel to affiliate sites
• •Fluent English and other language skills

Tasks

• •Lead the end-to-end rollout of a customer engagement platform
• •Oversee the implementation strategy across multiple markets
• •Align global stakeholders and coordinate business and IT teams
• •Execute deployment plans and deliver local milestones on time
• •Manage the project lifecycle from pre-launch to hypercare exit
• •Act as the strategic guide for affiliate leadership teams
• •Direct and motivate the local implementation squad
• •Track and report on business and technical readiness
• •Proactively mitigate local risks and implementation issues
• •Develop business continuity plans for seamless go-live phases
• •Partner with champions to drive user adoption and training
• •Communicate local challenges back to the central program
