Requirements
- •Experience in account management, partnerships, or business development within carbon markets
- •Strong professional network of project developers and service providers in durable CDR space
- •Deep knowledge of durable CDR technologies and carbon market mechanisms
- •Strong customer and result orientation with focus on long-term commercial value
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex technical information
- •Proficiency in CRM systems and BI tools
- •Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus
- •Valid working permit for Germany

Tasks
- •Establish and nurture relationships with durable CDR project developers
- •Expand long-term partnerships to ensure a consistent credit supply
- •Drive outreach and onboarding of new supply partners
- •Support the Revenue team in building high-impact portfolios
- •Analyze and forecast carbon market trends
- •Connect with decision-makers at emerging CDR startups
- •Secure future inventory and long-term offtake opportunities
- •Collaborate with the product team to resolve developer pain points
