Requirements
- Master’s degree in Geospatial Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in imagery analysis for defence or security
- Strong understanding of EO data and SAR
- Proficiency in geospatial analysis tools
- Experience developing software for imagery analysis, ideally Python
- Ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders
- Experience with defence-focused TCPED workflows
- Familiarity with defence-specific geospatial standards and formats
- Knowledge of non-civil datasets for defence applications
- Proven experience as geospatial analyst with GEOINT expertise
- Security clearance or eligibility for clearance
- Background in military, defence, or intelligence agencies
- Prior engagement with MODs or government entities
- Thermal Imagery analysis skills
- Experience with AI/ML-based imagery exploitation solutions
- Experience in defence and security focused companies
Tasks
- Analyse multi-source imagery and open-source intelligence
- Identify objects and activities for intelligence requirements
- Perform temporal and spatial analyses on time-series data
- Assess threats and monitor areas of concern
- Integrate imagery findings with various geospatial datasets
- Develop analytical tools using machine learning and AI
- Optimise imagery exploitation workflows with statistical methods
- Create concise reports and map-based visualisations
- Collaborate with mission planners and technical experts
- Represent the organisation to government and defence partners
- Monitor emerging geospatial technologies and sensors
