Description

In this role, you will play a key part in preparing financial statements and ensuring IFRS compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve evaluating transactions, collaborating with various teams, and driving improvements in accounting processes.

Requirements

• •University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• •PhD in IFRS or professional certifications such as WP, CPA, or CA
• •At least 3 years of professional experience in IFRS department of a large, preferably multinational company or at a university with a PhD in IFRS
• •Experience in the chemical industry or similar industries
• •Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, SAP, and advanced MS Office skills
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• •Very good English skills
• •Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural, dynamic environment

Tasks

• •Assist in preparing annual financial statements
• •Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
• •Evaluate complex transactions according to IFRS
• •Support internal stakeholders and external regulatory authorities
