Description

In this role, you will focus on enhancing identity and access management services while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing projects, collaborating with various teams, and translating stakeholder requirements into actionable plans.

Requirements

• •Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• •Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Identity and Access management (IAM) and Privileged Access management (PAM) projects
• •Experience with industry solutions in access governance, such as SailPoint Identity IQ, IdentityNow, CyberArk, SSH Key Manager, Omada, Saviynt
• •Basic knowledge of OpenDJ/LDAP/AD
• •Solid handling of MS Office applications
• •Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions
• •Fluency in English; German would be an added advantage
• •Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills
• •Good presentation and documentation skills
• •Experience in test management would be an advantage
• •CISSP, CISM, or comparable certifications (optional)
• •Team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, and flexible regarding environment adaptability

Tasks

• •Develop and improve identity and access management services
• •Create and manage detailed project plans and timelines
• •Allocate resources effectively for projects
• •Communicate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors
• •Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
• •Provide regular status updates and manage expectations
• •Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements
• •Monitor progress to adhere to deadlines and budget
