Requirements
- Expert software engineering and implementation in C++, Rust, or Python
- Capability to build complex HIL and CI integration systems
- Experience identifying key impact areas and translating to production systems
- Expertise in cross-domain troubleshooting and debugging
- Deep understanding of autonomous vehicle components
- Solid understanding of modern CI/CD systems
- Experience integrating hardware-dependent workflows
- Hands-on experience with vehicle communication buses
- Experience developing automated simulations and test tooling
- Quality-first mindset
- Discipline to design reliable, repeatable test setups
- Experience with Bazel or similar build systems
- Demonstrated experience with advanced CI/CD infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience with advanced Build infrastructure
- Experience operating or scaling hardware labs
- Experience operating or scaling test rigs
- Experience operating or scaling remote target infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
Tasks
- Drive hardware–software integration and validation infrastructure
- Ensure continuous testing of software changes against vehicle targets
- Identify high-impact areas in hardware, compute, and CI/CD architecture
- Implement and deliver production-ready solutions
- Design and operate HIL and target CI systems
- Scale CI systems with product complexity
- Maintain high quality and determinism in CI systems
- Design and implement replay and resimulation setups
- Demonstrate understanding of embedded compute hardware
- Understand automotive networking and camera ISP pipelines
- Automate HW/SW integration tests using emulation and simulation
- Automate tests using real hardware targets
- Develop high-quality, maintainable software for Restbus simulations
- Focus on full automation of CAN simulations
- Integrate hardware-centric validation workflows into Bazel build systems
- Improve observability of hardware-driven CI environments
- Enhance stability of hardware-driven CI environments
- Ensure reproducibility of hardware-driven CI environments
