Tasks

  • Provide front-office technical support for HUMS-equipped customers
  • Ensure high levels of fleet safety and availability
  • Provide 24/7 customer assistance via the HUMS hotline
  • Deliver proactive FlyScan services per contractual commitments
  • Implement HUMS systems at customer facilities worldwide
  • Train customers on-site in HUMS system operation
  • Offer technical advice and consulting for customized solutions
  • Edit training manuals, service bulletins, and work cards
  • Update documentation for ATA chapters 31 and 45
  • Propose HUMS design and support improvements
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and fleet availability
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities within HUMS services
