- High attention to detail and rigor in execution
- Strong written and verbal communication in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Some knowledge on content creation (plus)

- Organize performance review meetings
- Prepare performance review materials
- Support recruitment processes
- Create content for training and onboarding
- Handle onboarding logistics for new joiners
- Coordinate training plan
- Organize training sessions
- Support ARCHIMED ACADEMY project
- Prepare HR presentations
- Update HR documentation
- Maintain training processes
- Maintain onboarding processes
- Maintain performance review processes

- Currently in higher education
