- •Required experience in SAP SuccessFactors

- •Provide guidance to end-users and stakeholders
- •Develop system process flows and user guides
- •Maintain comprehensive system documentation
- •Create reports and dashboards on HR metrics
- •Analyze HR data for business decision-making
- •Collaborate with HR and IT on technology initiatives
- •Conduct training sessions for system users
- •Monitor system access and data security
- •Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
