Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience with HR systems, particularly Workday
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of HR controlling
  • Experience in Workday reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Power BI
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Precision, reliability, and structured work approach
  • Resilience and high level of communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Fluency in English; other languages beneficial

Tasks

  • Ensure data quality in Workday
  • Develop HR KPIs for strategic analyses
  • Drive the development and optimization of Workday processes
  • Adjust and test business processes in Workday
  • Analyze the impact of Workday processes
  • Manage Workday modules including HCM and Recruiting
  • Oversee integrations with external consultants
  • Connect local systems to Workday
  • Coordinate performance review processes in Workday
  • Prepare data for the annual salary round
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for salary rounds
  • Handle user inquiries and manage the ticket system
  • Create user documentation for Workday
  • Onboard new entities in the system
  • Manage service providers and budget
  • Ensure transparent internal cost allocation
