Description

In this role, you will focus on maintaining data quality in Workday while developing HR KPIs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing Workday processes, managing modules, and supporting users to ensure seamless integration and performance management.

Requirements

• •Relevant professional experience with HR systems, particularly Workday
• •Strong analytical skills and understanding of HR controlling
• •Experience in Workday reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Power BI
• •Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
• •Precision, reliability, and structured work approach
• •Resilience and high level of communication skills
• •Team spirit
• •Ability to work independently and take initiative
• •Fluency in English; other languages beneficial

Tasks

• •Ensure data quality in Workday
• •Develop HR KPIs for strategic analyses
• •Drive the development and optimization of Workday processes
• •Adjust and test business processes in Workday
• •Analyze the impact of Workday processes
• •Manage Workday modules including HCM and Recruiting
• •Oversee integrations with external consultants
• •Improve the use of Workday and connect local systems
• •Coordinate performance review processes in Workday
• •Prepare data for the annual salary round
• •Coordinate with stakeholders for salary rounds
• •Handle user inquiries and manage the ticket system
• •Create user documentation for Workday
• •Onboard new entities in the system
• •Manage service providers and oversee the budget
• •Ensure transparent internal cost allocation
