Requirements
- Completed commercial training and professional experience in a comparable HR role
- Basic knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements, social security law, and works constitution law
- Structured working style with high accuracy and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in using MS Office and modern communication tools
- Experience working with SAP and ideally with Workday
- Enjoyment of working with people and clear communication
- Very good written and spoken German (C1) and good English skills (B1)
Tasks
- Create employment references
- Prepare BEM processes administratively
- Accompany audits
- Create A1 certificates
- Assist with preparatory payroll accounting
- Conduct tax assessments for internal events
- Generate various payroll reports
- Order and document training measures
- Assist in planning internal and external training courses
- Maintain HR systems and personnel files
- Ensure data quality in HR systems
- Drive process and interface optimizations
- Process requests from authorities
- Support income tax and social security audits
- Provide pay slips
- Represent colleagues in signing authority matters
- Manage company bicycles and cars
