- •At least two years of experience in HR Operations or Payroll/Benefits role
- •Strong understanding of payroll systems, taxes, and common benefits
- •Experience managing relationships with external service providers or payroll providers
- •Organisational and time management skills
- •Deep curiosity for digital assets and financial services
- •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- •Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational delivery
- •Fluency in English
- •Experience with Notion or HRIS (HiBob)
- •Ability to operationalize automation/AI tools
- •Self-awareness and powerful communication skills

- •Manage relationships with payroll providers in Europe and North America
- •Ensure timely payments and smooth operations
- •Administer employee benefits, including enrollment and inquiries
- •Facilitate employment contract issuance and signing
- •Support HR and Legal teams with contractual template updates
- •Collaborate with HR Operations to implement payroll operations and benefits
- •Onboard and offboard employees from payroll systems
- •Ensure data integrity and seamless information flow with Finance
- •Optimize payroll and benefits processes through automation and integrations
- •Research and communicate labor laws regarding compensation and leave
- •Perform salary, bonus, and benefits optimization projects
