- •Project management experience
- •Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
- •Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- •Business-fluent German and English
- •Confident use of modern HR software

Tasks
- •Manage all strategic and operational HR processes
- •Advise European managers on HR and labor law
- •Implement global HR strategies at the national level
- •Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- •Negotiate contracts and collaborate with external agencies
- •Prepare job offers using benchmarking and salary analyses
- •Contribute to European HR projects regarding employee benefits
- •Deliver internal training on change management and onboarding
- •Organize occupational health and safety measures at locations
- •Lead and develop an HR team of four employees
- •Mentor and onboard new members of the HR team
- •Maintain HR reports and implement company policies
- •Collaborate with departments within a matrix organization
- •Report directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources
