Requirements
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Experience as HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in dynamic environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR system desirable
- Structured, independent work style and ambition to drive things forward
- Ability to work hands-on operationally and think strategically
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with employees and managers
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
Tasks
- Shape the entire employee lifecycle
- Recruit new employees
- Conduct professional offboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR
- Clarify all HR-related topics
- Develop HR structures, processes, and standards
- Own international HR projects
- Drive topics from concept to implementation
- Conduct annual employee reviews
- Administer engagement surveys
- Work closely with managers
- Advise managers as an equal partner
- Develop the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ensure efficient, scalable processes
- Analyze HR metrics
- Derive measures for organizational development
