- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR Finance, Business Management, HR analytical role, or Audit
- Expertise managing confidential data, automating workflows, and overseeing database systems
- Advanced MS Excel (VBA, SQL, advanced Excel) and BI tools/systems (SAP, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of payroll and accounting processes
- Ability to analyze and present data concisely
- Project management experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills for constructive solutions
- French and English fluency (written and spoken)
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
Tasks
- Handle people costs budgeting and forecasting
- Support organizational goals with cost-revenue balance
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for the Unit
- Monitor HR costs and other HR Finance aspects
- Liaise with Group HR Finance
- Perform payroll reconciliation between SAP and Workday
- Manage payroll provisions for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and follow up on headcount plan
- Track open positions and people costs
- Explain monthly variances (joiners, leavers, transfers)
- Analyze trends and associated costs
- Conduct regular HR reporting and analysis
- Report on headcount, people cost, diversity, recruitment, and HR KPIs
- Support HR team with projects and employee queries
- Participate in compensation review cycle
- Conduct salary benchmarking
