Requirements
- Diploma in finance, economics, or CFC
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Knowledge of financial statements and trading
- Proficiency in French and English
- Swiss residency or willingness to relocate
Tasks
- Execute transactions for internal and external private asset funds
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and liquidations
- Ensure accurate asset valuation and performance calculation
- Analyze and book corporate actions based on fund instructions
- Verify and control fund positions before booking operations
- Update Net Asset Values and positions upon receiving statements
- Create and maintain Standing Settlement Instructions
- Execute accurate and timely payments
- Reconcile cash and securities balances regularly
- Announce and invoice orders for IST and Avadis funds
- Facilitate order announcements for Private Equity funds
- Create and track remaining financial commitments
- Book Private Equity transactions for BPO clients
Education
- High school diploma
