Requirements

  • 3+ years in analytics, reporting, or planning
  • Experience in workforce analytics / HR controlling
  • Strong Excel & Power BI skills; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)

  • Lead workforce analytics, planning, and HR reporting
  • Build dashboards and KPIs
