Requirements
- Degree in personnel management, employment law, psychology, business studies, or similar qualification
- Several years acting as commercial Business Partner in HR
- Experience partnering with leaders and advising on HR issues
- Sound practical knowledge of German labour law
- Genuine passion for business partnering
- Hands-on operational approach
- Good sense of humour
- Fluent spoken and written German
- Good command of English
- Other languages (e.g. Dutch) beneficial
- Sound knowledge of German employment legislation with Works Council representation

Tasks
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and team members
- Act as a sounding board, coach, and advisor on people issues
- Drive operational excellence and execution
- Advocate for digitalization, smart working, and work-life balance
- Collaborate with HR peers and Centres of Excellence
- Manage headcount cost planning with FP&A team
- Champion DE&I initiatives and support EMEA roadmap
- Develop and deliver the wider HR strategy
- Handle all operational tasks in the employee life cycle
- Advise employees on performance, training needs, and key life events
- Process relevant data in Workday and employee databases
- Manage organizational restructures from proposal to execution
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
- Coordinate annual pay review and bonus processes
- Maintain accuracy of pay, grade, and benefits data
- Advise on salary and bonus increases
- Drive and coordinate Reward and Recognition
- Analyze HCD metrics and provide recommendations
- Develop action plans to address areas of concern
- Oversee headcount reporting for accuracy
- Contribute to cross-sector and function projects
- Identify development, skills, and competency needs
- Manage career development, succession planning, and talent management
- Identify skills shortages and areas for improvement
- Drive Workforce Planning and Performance Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee experience issues
- Provide professional and efficient HR service to internal customers
